Anti-Racist Curriculum Development | Single Organization

Anti-racist curriculum is about praxis change, where theory and practice meet, with actions dictated by a liberatory and transformative mindset.

That is the goal of this 6-session course, delivering a crash course in anti-racism learning in its first half before rounding out curriculum revision and redevelopment in its second half. Liberation theory is integrated with critical race theory, culturally relevant pedagogy, liberatory design, and project-based learning to foster whole-educator development.

Learning is moderated via the “6 Facets of Understanding”: explanation, interpretation, application, perspective, empathy, and self-knowledge.
