Awareness


DEI Appraisal, Level 1

Our Level 1 appraisal includes analysis of:

  1. Current demographic data

  2. Inclusivity Scale Survey data

    • Organizational Culture add-on (if requested)

  3. DEI interview data

  4. Client request and/or IE recommendation

in order to provide an interactive, visualization-centric report of the quantitative measurement of, and qualitative themes about, DEI perspectives, perceptions, and experiences organization-wide, disaggregated by race, along with highest priorities/needs.

 

DEI Appraisal, Level 2

Level 2 includes all of Level 1 as well as analysis of:

  1. Operational documentation

    • List provided

  2. Recent pre-existing data (at least 3 years worth)

    • List provided

  3. Organization Culture Survey (if applicable)

  4. Client request(s) or IE recommendation

in order to provide a rating of (dis)similarity between diversity, inclusivity, and equity goals, and observable evidence from a Liberatory lens along with highest priorities/needs.

Analysis & Action


DEI PDP, Pt. 1 | Inclusivity Gap Analysis

(recommended pairing with Liberatory Action Plan)

A collaborative process of:

  1. Determining the top-priority Inclusivity needs and their root causes based on data analysis and deconstruction of origin, persistence, and implicit analysis.

  2. Prioritizing needs, and their potential consequences if unmet, to:

    1. Accurately scope the gap between current and necessary state

    2. Brainstorm how and how long to fulfill needs

 

DEI PDP, Pt. 2 | Liberatory Action Plan

(recommended pairing with Inclusivity Gap Analysis)

IE collaborates with stakeholders to create SMARTIE goals within multi-level logic modeling towards a quantitatively and qualitatively measurable plan.

Delivered in a strategic plan that accounts for short-, medium-, and long-term delineations.

Consulting

IE offers consulting focused on achieving internal and/or external DEI goals based on assessment results. We follow a gradual release process, consulting until the organization has reached a state independent maintenance.

 

Accountability Tracking

IE will extract Inclusivity Scale Survey findings and adapt organizational goals to track progress towards desired/necessary state. IE will take ownership of analyzing your accountability data annually and updating dashboards and priority needs/recommendations.
